These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website at https://certificate.psaonlineappointment.com and all related services, including online appointment booking for Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) certificates. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent, and that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
2. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@certificate.psaonlineappointment.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
3. Appointment Booking & Fees
Appointments are subject to PSA office availability and capacity. Booking confirms a reservation only—not guaranteed service delivery. Fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and subject to PSA’s official policy. Certificate issuance is governed solely by PSA guidelines and requirements.
4. Limitation of Liability
Certificate and PSA Online Appointment Services act as a scheduling facilitator only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the Philippine Statistics Authority. We expressly disclaim all liability for delays, errors, or omissions in appointment processing, certificate issuance, or data transmission. Use of our service is at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and design elements on this site are the property of Certificate or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without prior written permission.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of this site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Last updated: March 15, 2025.
